  • Prices, offers, and product availability may change without prior notice.
  • Payment information is processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

We do not store card, UPI, or banking details.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances.

5. Refund & Exchange Policy

  • No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for any order.
  • Exchange or replacement is allowed only in eligible cases, as defined in our Refund & Exchange Policy.
  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will be rejected.

This policy applies to all prepaid and COD orders.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier, weather, or operational delays.
  • Navyug Ayurveda is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.
  • Incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery may result in return or re-shipping charges.
