At Navyug Ayurveda, we work with reliable and trusted courier partners to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (AWB) that allows you to monitor your shipment in real time.

🔎 How to Track Your Order

You can track your order using any of the following methods:

1. Through “My Account” Page

  • Log in to your account on www.navyugayurveda.com
  • Go to My Account → Orders
  • Select the order you want to track
  • You will see the Tracking Number (AWB) and a Track button
  • Click on the Track button to view the latest delivery status

2. Through Email Notification

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, we send the tracking number to your registered email address
  • Please check your inbox for the dispatch email
  • If not found, also check your Spam / Junk folder

3. Through Courier Partner’s Website

  • Copy the AWB / Tracking Number from your email or My Account section
  • Visit the courier partner’s tracking page (e.g., Delhivery or other assigned courier)
  • Enter the tracking number to see real-time shipment updates

⏱️ Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 working hours after payment confirmation
  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
    • Metro cities: 1–3 working days
    • Other cities: 2–4 working days
    • Remote areas: 4–7 working days

Delivery time may vary due to courier serviceability, weather, or operational delays.
