Refund & Return Policy – Navyug Ayurveda

At Navyug Ayurveda, customer safety and product integrity are our top priorities. Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and herbal products, we follow a strict No Refund policy.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
This applies to:

  • Prepaid orders
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
  • Shipping or handling charges

Once an order is placed and processed, money will not be refunded.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

To request cancellation, contact our support team immediately after placing the order.

3. Exchange / Replacement Policy (No Returns for Refund)

We only provide exchange or replacement, not refunds.

An exchange request will be accepted within 48 hours of delivery only if:

  • You received a wrong product
  • The product is damaged, leaked, or broken during transit
  • You received a product different from what was ordered

4. Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for exchange:

  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Clear unboxing video or photos are mandatory
  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order

Requests without proper proof will be rejected.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange or return will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has been opened or used
  • Complaint raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with taste, smell, or results
  • Delay in delivery by courier partners
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Incorrect address or customer unavailability

Ayurvedic products work differently for each individual — results may vary, and this is not a valid reason for return or refund.

6. Exchange Process

  1. Customer contacts support with order ID and proof
  2. Our team verifies the issue
  3. Approved cases receive a replacement product
  4. In some cases, pickup of the damaged product may be arranged

Replacement shipping timelines may vary depending on location.

7. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is verified and approved, return pickup may be arranged by us
  • In cases where pickup is not possible, customer may be asked to self-ship the product

8. Final Decision Authority

Navyug Ayurveda reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange request after verification.

Our decision will be final and binding.
