Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Navyug Ayurveda, we aim to deliver your products safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Processing time does not include delivery time.
2. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Metro cities: 1–3 working days
- Other cities: 2–4 working days
- Remote / rural areas: 4–7 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Free
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional charges may apply and will be shown at checkout
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
4. Order Dispatch & Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
- Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided link.
5. Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
- If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect contact details, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned.
Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
- Navyug Ayurveda is not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
- Any re-delivery or re-shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
7. Damaged, Leaked, or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged or leaked product
- A product different from what you ordered
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.
Such cases will be handled strictly as per our Refund & Exchange Policy (No Refund, Only Exchange).
8. Delayed or Undelivered Orders
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or government restrictions are beyond our control.
- No refunds will be issued for such delays.
We will assist in tracking and resolving the issue with the courier partner.
9. International Shipping
Currently, Navyug Ayurveda ships only within India.
